364 Store currently ships within the United States. If international shipping becomes available, it will be clearly indicated during checkout.

Order Issues

Returns

Because many of our products are handmade or small-batch items, all return requests must be reviewed and approved before an item is sent back.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for the return.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging unless they arrived damaged.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of the refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

Exchanges
